I recently ordered 4 Uttermost botanical prints from Bronson Design. One of the prints had shipping damage to the frame. Unfortunately, it was pretty much right in the center of the print. I notified customer service. He asked for a picture of the damaged print so he could contact Uttermost for replacement. By the end of the week I had received my new print! While remodeling my bathroom, I was having problems finding some sconces. I found out about Bronson Design Studio through the internet and am so glad I did. I received the Tramp Art Trapezoidal Mirror from Currey & Company and it’s just amazing. I have a lot of art and this piece exceeded my expectations in terms of construction quality, appearance, and design. Was very pleased with the customer service. I called to see if a product could be delivered by a certain date and I was told that the items were in stock in a West Coast warehouse and it was due to arrive in their East Coast warehouse by April 8th. I needed the product by April 12th. They said they would prefer to ship from the East Coast because that was closer to my home, but in any case they would make every effort to get the product here by the date I had requested. The item got here way before my expected date. I'm assuming they shipped it from the West Coast warehouse. I received my order of the Uttermost Birds and Florals this morning, and I owe you a debt of gratitude! I found this set of oil reproductions months ago, but was unable to purchase it at the time (the economy being what it is...). The mirror is on the wall and looks great. Thank you for your interest and assistance in getting the correct mirror to my home. It is unfortunate that your competitor did not follow through in the end, especially after asking us to email pictures of the mirror that we received so that the warehouse could research the problem. I never received an apology and, of course, had to pay my credit card bill way before a credit was received since it took weeks for the mirrors to be picked up. Interesting that the CEO sent a follow-up questionnaire (routine, I know) regarding my order experience and I never had a reply from that feedback.
