How would you like to have a billion dollars to spend when shopping Bronson Design Studio? Warren Buffett, the Chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, is partnering with Quicken Loans and offering $1 billion to anyone that fills out a perfect NCAA tournament bracket.

The prize will be paid out in 40 annual installments of $25 million. If there are multiple winners, they’ll have to share the money. The winner(s) can also take or split up an immediate $500 million lump sum payment.

Entry to the contest is free, and even if you don’t win the $1 billion prize, coming close has its own prize. $100,000 will be awarded to each to the contest’s 20 most accurate “imperfect” brackets  to use toward buying, refinancing or remodeling a home.
