I received my order of the Uttermost Birds and Florals this morning, and I owe you a debt of gratitude! I found this set of oil reproductions months ago, but was unable to purchase it at the time (the economy being what it is...). The mirror is on the wall and looks great. Thank you for your interest and assistance in getting the correct mirror to my home. It is unfortunate that your competitor did not follow through in the end, especially after asking us to email pictures of the mirror that we received so that the warehouse could research the problem. I never received an apology and, of course, had to pay my credit card bill way before a credit was received since it took weeks for the mirrors to be picked up. Interesting that the CEO sent a follow-up questionnaire (routine, I know) regarding my order experience and I never had a reply from that feedback. Oh well, their lack of great customer service was your gain.
